If you’re unable to add your holding to Investor Centre, please go through the following checklist:
Note. Not all companies are available in Investor Centre yet. If your issuer can’t be found in Investor Centre, please use Signal shares to access your holdings
If you no longer have access to the mobile number or device linked to your Investor Centre account, you won’t be able to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
In this case, please contact our Customer Service team. They will verify your identity and help you regain access by resetting your MFA, so you can set up a new number or device.
If you’ve registered on the AU/NZ Investor Centre site by mistake, simply go to the UK Investor Centre site and try logging in with the same email and password.
If your login details don’t work, please contact our Customer Service team, who will help you get set up correctly on the UK site.
