Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
The first time you log in to Investor Centre, you’ll be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication to keep your account secure.
Top tip:
We strongly recommend setting up more than one MFA method. That way, if you ever lose access to one (e.g. your mobile phone), you’ll still be able to log in using a backup method — ensuring uninterrupted access to your account.
Open the app, then select the country where your assets are held to proceed with the registration process.
To begin, tap Register your portfolio to initiate your registration.

IVC stands for Investor Code (sometimes called a Shareholder Reference Number). This is an 11-digit number, usually starting with a 0. You can find it on share certificates, shareholder invitations, or account statements issued by us.
Important: your IVC uniquely identifies you as the owner of your securities. Please keep it safe and do not share it with others.
There are a few common reasons why you might be unable to create an account:
1. Email already registered
If you’re unable to complete registration and receive an email asking you to check your inbox for next steps, please follow the instructions in that email.
The message will include a link to log in if you already have an account.
If you’re unable to log in or don’t remember your password, select Forgot Password to reset it.
2. Invalid email address
Check that your email is typed correctly and follows a standard format (e.g., name@example.com). Typos or missing characters can cause errors.
3. Weak or invalid password
Investor Centre requires passwords to meet specific criteria to ensure that your account is secure. Please refer to the screen where you set your password for detailed information.
4. Email verification code issues
When you enter a verification code sent to your email, make sure:
You’ve entered a code exactly as shown (check for typos or spaces)
You enter it within 5 minutes – codes expire after that time. If it’s expired, request a new one
