Managing your account

Desktop

To log in to your Investor Centre account: 

  1. Go to the Investor Centre homepage
  2. Click Log in
  3. Enter your registered email address and password
  4. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using one of your enrolled methods (e.g. Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, or SMS) 

Mobile

Launch the app and select the country where your assets are held. Follow the prompts to reach the Login page and access your account. 

After entering your registered email address and password, you’ll need to verify your identity using your chosen Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method to complete the login process. 

Desktop

To update your login email, navigate to User Settings by clicking the orange user icon in the top right corner. Select Manage Email Login, enter your new email address and follow the instructions to confirm and complete your email change. 

Mobile

Within User Settings (accessed via ☰), select Change Login Email. Enter your new email address and complete the I’m not a robot verification, then click Generate Code. A 6-digit code will be sent to your new email. Enter this code to confirm your change. 

Desktop

Go to Manage MFA under User Settings (accessed via user icon in the top right corner) to reset your current authentication option(s). Note that once you select Reset MFA, all your current authentication options(s) will be removed, and you will be logged out of the Investor Centre 

To set up new MFA, you will need to log in and enrol your new MFA option(s) following the steps. 

Mobile

Within User Settings (accessed via ☰), select Reset Multi-Factor Authentication. Note that once you select Reset MFA, all your current authentication options(s) will be removed, and you will be logged out of the Investor Centre

Desktop 

You can delete your Investor Centre account from your User Settings (accessed via user icon in the top right corner) and select Delete Account

Important information before deleting your account: 

  • If you have Investor Centre accounts in multiple countries or regions, deleting one will only remove that specific Portfolio account
    You’ll need to log in to each region separately and repeat the process to fully delete your presence across all accounts
  • Deleting your account does not affect your investments. Your shareholdings remain intact with the registrar, even if you delete your Investor Centre access
  • If you plan to re-register using the same email or credentials, make sure to delete all associated accounts across regions to avoid conflict

If you’ve forgotten your password: 

  1. On the login page, select Forgot password? — this option is available on both desktop and mobile devices.

 

  1. Enter the email address you used to register and click Next (your username is the same as your registered email address)

 

  1. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions to set a new one. 

Tip: if you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Desktop 

To update your bank account details, navigate to Payments and select Payment Instructions from the main menu. Enter your new bank information as prompted. 

You'll have the option to apply these changes to all your holdings or select specific ones. 

Mobile 

Go to Holding settings (accessed via ☰) and select Payment Instructions. Enter your new bank information as prompted.
