When you register for Investor Centre, you are automatically set up to receive electronic communications (eComms). This includes important updates such as shareholder communications and notices being sent to your email instead of by post – allowing you to receive information faster, more securely, and in a more environmentally friendly way.
To switch back to paper-based communications, simply contact our Customer Service Centre and they will be happy to update your preferences for you.
To update email address used to receive eComms:
Desktop
Navigate to Communication preferences under your user icon.
Here, you can update the email address associated with your chosen holding. If you wish, you can also apply these updates to other holdings within your portfolio.
Mobile
Within User Settings (accessed via ☰), select Communication preferences.
Here, you can update the email address associated with your chosen holding. If you wish, you can also apply these updates to other holdings within your portfolio.
Yes. You can apply changes to all holdings or select specific ones.
Desktop
Go to Address details under your user icon.
Enter your new address and choose whether to apply it all or select holdings. Confirm the change to save.
Mobile
Go to Holding settings (accessed via ☰) and select Address details.
